The Society offers for sale to members only a number of publications which are sold with a significant discount from the Recommended Retail Price.
Members receive a free copy of both "Passenger Train Services over Unusual Lines booklet PSUL" and the "Guide to Minor Railways" when these are published.
Non-members should note that the Passenger Train Services over Unusual Lines booklet, and the Guide to Minor Railways booklet, are both available from the Sales Officer at a price of £5.00 each which includes post and packing.
The Sales Officer is also able to supply - to members only - books and maps from a variety of publishers.
Generally, the Society will try and sell those books which are of interest to a significant number of members and which can therefore be purchased by the Society in bulk and the discount received passed on to members.

Liverpool & Manchester Railway Atlas
Our member Joe Brown's excellent new Liverpool & Manchester Railway Atlas (First Edition) is now available and covers a large area of the North West. As well as Merseyside and Greater Manchester, the maps cover most of county of Lancashire extending to Blackpool, Fleetwood, Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Colne, Chorley, Warrington, Chester, Northwich & Buxton. Many tram systems are included as are the numerous extensive colliery and industrial railways. A4 hardback, 256 pages; 180 map pages in the usual Joe Brown style and a 70 page index (that is more than the London Railway Atlas has).
